I joined Okuri in July 2000 when I moved to Richardson to start a new career. I had been playing at Fort Worth clubs for 11 years. In 2003, Kim challenged me to test for nidan. Now, I’m back in Fort Worth designing software. I’m still practicing with Okuri. I enjoy watching the students in the Women’s class learning judo and gaining confidence.
